This photograph shows Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo (right) immediately after he caught third baseman Kris Bryant's throw for the final out in the Cubs' 8-7 victory over the Cleveland Indians in Game 7 of the 2016 World Series--giving the North Siders their first world championship since 1908.
